First try was a fail because I used way too much ice and it came out still chunky. But I tried again.bnwvj2lpmnbt.jpeg

Second try was a success! Now that I got it I’ll play around with adding more ice, skinny syrups etc thanks so much guys! I used almond milk and plant based protein powder. 70yd31qnnl26.jpeg

How many egg beaters or liquid egg whites do you all think is a reasonable amount for one day?
Are two cups of Egg Beaters (the equivalent of one WHOLE CARTON, 16 ounces total) too much?

That is on top of an entire package of "Better Than Rice" shirataki rice,
    a can of diced tomatoes,
half of a green bell pepper,
half of a large red onion,
    roasted laver (seaweed),
    . . . .AND (I know, I really overdid it here. . . .😣)!!!!
several cups of watermelon and grapes. Needless to say, I feel tremendously stuffed. I'm fretting the effects all of that could have on fat loss.

Please be patient with me; I genuinely appreciate any advice and value your opinions.

Thank you to Any who make it through all of that reading, and to Any willing to respond.

Holy *kitten* batman! I love eggs, but 16oz a day? Dang!

So would my 24-32 oz of meat/ seafood a day offend you more?? Lollll😂

Why do you keep ignoring the few people who have been asking for the recipe?!

D*mn people gettin testy...chill out and stop making assumptions that I’m ignoring people...my life doesn’t revolve around MyFitnessPal.....shyttt...😂 here I’ll post it now before there’s any tear jerkers out there...

    -200 grams pumpkin
    -200 grams egg whites
    -40 grams protein powder
    -2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (optional)
    -2 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt
-teaspoon psyllium husk/ 1/2 Tspn xanthan (both optional)
-cinnamon, stevia, sea salt to taste
    -5 -10 grams cocoa powder
    -baking powder
-2 tbsp SF maple syrup, teaspoon van extract
-add in unsweetened cashew milk or water if too thick.

I baked mine in the airfryer for ten mins then transferred in an oven at 375 for 30/45ish mins (check on it for browning/ doneness...etc to your desired texture) I then transferred back to air fryer to get crispy edges.

    Topping:
-60 grams FF cream cheese, stevia to taste, sea salt to taste, 2tbso FF Greek yogurt, cinnamon, 10 grams preferred protein powder, vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly and to desired thickness then top your cooled down pumpkin bread (I put the topping on when it was slightly warm still so it would spread easier. I then sprinkled more stevia and cinnamon on top.

There you go...now I’ll stop “ignoring people” based off your assumptions...

How dare you have a life besides posting on MFP? WTF kind of a human being are you!!!! ;)
You should see the PMs I get from users about my recipes and posting lol

Seriously lol. Google must NOT have a search bar or billions of info for low cal/ high protein pumpkin bread.....I must be the onlyyyy one😂

I recently found these at my Fortino's (Ontario, Canada) and they are ah-mazing for a high volume meal. The entire bag is only 80 calories and fills a massive dinner plate. I topped it with a serving of some sweet potato chickpea curry I made and it was a huge dinner for only 356 calories.

I'd never even heard of this vegetable before. It doesn't really taste like much so it's a great base for sauces or curry or whatever (IMO).

Only used it here, because he used in his recipe. It adds lots of fiber as I see it. I did not get the bloat I usually get from xanthum gum so that might be the real difference.

good to know! I sure have to be careful w/ Xanthum (bloat!)

Kohlrabi noodles are great because they dont go soft like zucchini. The only difference is that zucchini i pretty bland so good with everything whereas kohlrabi has a taste so its good with stronger foods.

The kohlrabi noodles are delicious with a peanut sauce, so maybe chicken sauté for you carnivores, or spicy tempeh nuggets.

Hello!! I am back with my questions, yet again. I hope I am not driving you all bonkers. Thank you for always being so kind and nonjudgmental with your responses. You all are amazing!! I am so grateful for this community.

    Any-poot,

I use a lot - and I mean A LOT of hot sauce, spices, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos Acids as flavorings to the majority of my diet (with the exception of fruit). I also drink pickle juice.

Granted the amounts in which I consume these items, should I be concerned about them adding calories? The nutrition labels on these list them as noncaloric (0 calories) per serving size, but those serving sizes are "1 teaspoon" or less. I definitely have well over that amount. I am wary about the calories that might be "hiding" in those increased portions.

Can anyone offer their knowledge or advice?

Thank you, again. May God continue to bless you

Just mixed egg whites with powdered peanut butter, and that’s it! It is kind of like the classic 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter peanut butter cookie recipe without the sugar and calories.

Thanks...they look great - I'll try this for sure!

    How was the texture?

    How was the texture?

It was pretty good, but not as dense as regular peanut butter cookies. They were more cake like than dense without the oil. Since I added chocolate chips, they melted and gave those ones a heavier consistency and cookie like texture.

I am thinking of adding 1(or so) tbsp. of cocoa powder to the 'batter' - at 10 cal's/tbsp (Hersey's Dark Cocoa Powder) - that should help with consistency perhaps.

You could add 4 cal per teaspoon to be safe.

I think I'm going to give this a try... so you use no sweetener (sans the chocolate chips)? Does the peanut powder you use have added sugar (I think PB2 has a little)? I guess I could add a dew drops of sucralose.

    Per cookie...
Mix around 1tbsp PB Powder with 3-4 teaspoons of liquid egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Spray a piece of foil and bake for around 8-10 mins at 350 or until center is not gooey.

I add chocolate chips sometimes or sprinkles.

Yes I use PB2, so I would think with plain powder you may have to add sweetener.

I recently got some powdered pb samples and they came with a similar recipe to make a mug cake. (without egg whites) I made a mini cake with it but I want to try making into a cookie. Was the texture more like a cake than cookie with the egg whites? I added xanthum gum to my "cake" so I wonder if that would help volumize this recipe too. I wonder if i baked instead of microwaved they would have came out like a cookie.

It actually looks almost exactly like yours! Did you use flavored pbco?! I was wondering if you could use regular pb powder, so now that I know it works I can experiment to perfect the recipe and maximize calories:volume lol.
