06/12 - 188 lbs
06/13 - 187 lbs I ate okay today and worked out twice. Water walking in the am and treadmill and weights in the pm. I am looking forward to positive results!
06/14 - 186 lbs ate good today even went to dinner with family and did okay. Mowed the lawn this morning and then did my cardio/weight training in the afternoon. Blew away my steps goal for the day.
06/15 - 184 lbs thankfully I have the time this summer to commit to myself! I water walked this morning for an hour and now off to do my regular cardio/weight training. I think monitoring my food has made a large impact. I have really been focused on serving size instead of mindless eating.
06/16 - 185 lbs planning on doing cardio and weight training along with organizing the basement. I figured I should log this before I forget. Here's to another healthy day!
06/17 - 184 lbs Yesterday ended up being date day didn't eat healthy or exercise, but made it under my daily total. This morning I did cardio for 30 minutes walk and run combos before finishing off with weight training.

06/12 62.9. yesterday I was 61.9, the day before 63... it's funny how much water weight you can gain/ lose in a day, and how sad it can be!
06/13 62.4. yesterday was supposed to be my 'fast day' for 5:2. broke, and had about 800 calories instead of the 500. i think that the 5:2 diet is not for me. Or maybe I need to buy a stack of celery.
06/14 63.3 today, which is annoying! I walked 10km but didn't actually do any other exercise. i also saw a concert and had four pints. Probably deserve it. have my 3 gym classes tonight + 7- 10 walking, so hopefully tomorrow is better. If I drink tonight, I'll avoid beer...

I'm a little disappointed in myself. I maintained my weight Friday and Saturday (weekends are usually hard for me to eat within calories). Then last night was just a free for all. I went 1100 calories over for the day and it shows on the scale this morning. I've never weighed myself on a Monday. Back at it today though. Workout planned at 8:00!!

Good day for exercise, bad day for food. I was around 700 calories over my 1200 net goal. To be exact, I was 3 full calorie beers, 1 m&m cookie and 1 serving of potato chips over I'm hoping it doesn't catch up to me tomorrow because I have to weigh in for my biggest loser group.

Well I'm up a little, but not bad. We went out to dinner last night after my son's graduation. I have to say knowing I had to post my weight this morning totally made me order off the healthy section of the menu and it tasted good! Last Sunday I went a little crazy. Lots to do today, hopefully no eating out! No time for exercise though, we go straight from football to baseball so not home all day.

No where near my goal of 132.5 ... but from Friday to Monday I'm up less than one pound. Generally the weekend sees me up 3-4 pounds and then it takes all week to get back to where I started and that's why I have not been able to lose the last few pounds. Next 10 days I'm setting my goal based on day 1 of weigh in, not what I weighed the day before. I'm going to rock the next two days!!!

HOLY COW! I was so excited to log in and write this morning! Successes--I've been putting in at a calorie deficite pretty much every single day and when I'm not formally exercising I'm at least staying active. Failures--well I bought a bunch of pastries from my favorite French shop this weekend and chowed down so I had to work out hardcore just to burn them off.
Hoping this pound stays off and it's not a fluke! *fingers crossed*

I think this is one of those random dips in weight after coming off of a plateau for what seemed like forever. Also I've cut out a lot of dairy from my diet as it was a major source of excess calories.

That's ok. I went over to my Dad's for Father's Day and ate some country home cooking so I'm not too surprised. In an effort to spare myself some calories I made up for it with 30 minutes (!) of HIIT. The old me wouldn't have been able to walk because of my knees. Today they are just fine-just a little tired from the intense amount of lunges (still can't believe I can do those again!!!!)

06/13 - 161.6 - I know I ate under maintenance calories yesterday...so once again it's all TOMs fault LOL. My rings are tight and my feet are puffy...so I'm sure the water will shed when TOM leaves. Because I weigh every day I know this is a typical fluctuation in my cycle.
06/14 - 160.8lbs - on the way back down...the 150's are calling me!!
06/15 - 160.6lbs - not bad considering I did some quality control on the oatmeal cookies I made for today's school fair bake sale....and finished my kid's fries last night...must have been the 14000 steps that kept me in check.
06/16 - 159.6lbs - HELLO 150's!!! Worked my butt off at our School Fun Fair yesterday so even the bites of brownie and gelato I shared with my kids didn't make a difference (17000+steps and lots of lifting)

06/18 - 161.4 - not sure what's up...sodium?...feeling a bit bloated and puffy so likely water retention. I did not eat 2 lbs worth of extra calories, not even one. Will drink lots of water today and flush this out.
06/19 - 161.2lbs- hrrmmmm.....long walk with the dog...kettlebell workout and perhaps a slightly smaller calorie deficit than usual - not sure why I'm up so much from Thursday. Patience and keep on track, that's all I can do.

06/14 - 172 - better than yesterday but still discouraging. Again came in slightly under calories but no time for exercise yesterday. Determined to keep it up and see better results tomorrow.

06/16 - 170 - Yay! No exercise yesterday, but continue to meet my calorie goal daily. Doing the elliptical this morning. Typically do 30 min. Will try for 35 min today.
06/17 - 170 - did 35 on the elliptical yesterday and 36 minutes this morning! 4 days of exercise this week up from 3 last week. Did a lot of walking as well...well, a lot, is relative. My job keeps me pretty sedentary but had to walk up 6 flights of stairs due to a broken elevator.
06/18 - 170.7 - Ate sodium and fat laden fried catfish with a couple of hush puppies and fries yesterday... :-/ but already did 37 min on the elliptical and will try to stay at calorie goal and burn some extra calories doing housework today.
06/19 - 171.6 - I knew my weight fluctuated day to day, but I expected it to be going the right direction overall at least. I have been sticking to calorie allotment daily and increasing my elliptical workout time and days for the last 2 weeks. Maybe I'm underestimating my serving sizes...think I'll get a scale and start weighing my food. I won't lie it's a little discouraging, but I am not giving up!

6/12: 269 Couldn't bare to put 270lbs but I probably weighted more than that! Feeling pretty bad I let myself get to this point! I have never walked this much in one day in months! Feels great! NSV worthy!
6/13: 267.8 Surprised I lost that much weight, I might have overate on my calories a little! Teeehee!
6/14: 266.8 I had a little more snack than I should have had, but I must have been able to burn enough calories as to where it did not matter! Went for a walk this morning in heels, definitely going to have blisters on my ankles. Gonna go for another walk, as well. Nothing is stopping me anymore!
6/15: 267.8 Welp! I ate something my boss brought back for me, and my heels were too busted to get a good walk in. I am extremely ready to get a 30 minute walk in after work! Looking at my weight loss so far, the gain could have been worse!
6/16: 265.6 WOW! Super excited to see that! Now I can start showing weight loss on my ticker, had to lose the extra weight I gained. Two coworkers gave me their leftovers, I split it between myself and my twin. Did not eat anything else because I wasn't too sure what the calories were. Walked but not as much as I wanted to. Starting to feel confident!

6/18: 262.0 I had steak, and fast food afterwards, with no extra attempt to walk. I think this is the food God's way of saying "enjoy your day" LOL! I can't believe just Monday I was 6lbs heavier! This challenge makes me want to get up and log every day!
6/19: 263.0 I still had 700 calories to consume, didn't go out of my way to do any exercise. Going to the gym tonight hopefully, I am wearing the same shirt I wore last week and it doesn't seem to be riding up, but there is a lot of improvement to be done!

06/13 - 211, Did Charlene Extreme Push 2 and walked for 60 Min with a total step count around 14k, total 1128 calories for the day 73 carbs, 30 fat, 163 protein.
06/14 - 213.8 - Walked for 60 Min with a total step count around 16k, also did a weight class. total 1199 calories for the day 115 carbs, 27 fat, 146 protein. The scale went up again!!!! but I am rocking it at my class first time I've been able to do that many push ups EVER. Here is to hoping tomorrow I wake up 2.8 lbs lighter lol

06/13 148.8 Yahooooo. 35 Elliptical (interval), trained, made cabbage soup to get me back on track.
06/14 147.5 Yes!!! Did 30 on elliptical, an hour of water aerobics, ate clean. 1/2 more pound off and I'm halfway to my goal weight of 132. I am soooo stoked. It's been slow, with ups and downs, but it's happening.
06/15 148.4 Ah, the dreaded fluctuation. Over on carbs, had some corn and ribs for dinner. I didn't over do it though so yeah for that. Did Elliptical for 50 min. Don't think I had enough water yesterday.Today I go to gym. Here's to a day of virtue.

6/13: 199.6lbs Drank lots of water yesterday and also did my first day of Insanity. Not taking a diuretic or laxatives but finally getting a break through. Hopefully, my progress will continue but to reach the 10 day goal already, I may not be able to get my body to lose more. But day two of Insanity is later this evening.
6/14: 199.6lbs A good day yesterday for diet and exercise, second day of Insanity completed. No movement on the scale but that's okay. I'm hoping to have lost something in my measurements by the end of the week. More than anything, I'm just happy my weight is staying down and not going up lol. I did have a late night snack of about 2 cups of cherries so good thing they did not effect me.
6/15: 200lbs Insanity Cardio Recovery, plenty of water and decent eating intervals.
6/16: 200lbs Had a bad day yesterday. I was running around and my eating schedule was thrown off. Didn't get to do Insanity, but walked around NYC for 3 hours sightseeing and shopping. I hope tomorrow is better.
6/17: 199.8lbs I did Insanity Pure Cardio and almost died, it was so hard, but I made it through to the end. Staying pretty close to my caloric goals and eating balanced meals.
6/18: 199.6lbs starting a new fitness challenge today as well as doing Insanity. I think today is going to be good, since I already know the basics of each meal. I'm happy that I was able to make it through the weekend without any upsets.
6/19: 200.8lbs I was confident about yesterday, and calorie and fitness wise, I had a great day, but I ended up eating like two hours later than I normally do and even feel a little full this morning hoping for a good push to finish out this challenge.

06/19=198.0 And this is why I never succeed. Forgot to eat all day yesterday so by 7pm I was starving and binged on treats. Added it up after and I think my dinner was around 3300 calories. Not good.

06/12 - 173.8 < SO is home this week... Let's see how I do.
06/13- 174.4 > The scale is all over the place. Hoping for a good walk tonight
06/14 - 173.8 < Walked home from work last night. Dinner out tonight and driving over an hour to get there. That combinations is detrimental to my goals. Will see what happens, ugggh
06/15 - 173.6 < Ah.... Had the best dessert ever (well a shared piece) and not much exercise and the scale said down??? Go me!! .... Until tomorrow then.
06/16 - 174.6 > Here's that nonlinear thing... Good walk but dinner out again... Thought I made calorie wise choices but it could be the sodium. No run either I'm a little sad of that it's been a few days.

06/19 - 173.7 > This weekend was tough not much activity and too much eating out. SO has left for a week so I should be able to alter some of this. Although my numbers are pretty steady I should be very impressed with that and I am continuing to push forward... Yay me!!! Todays goals eat filling and be under calories and try and get a run in, it's been a week!!

Just 10 days...
Goal: make exercise a habit, feel strong, get back to eating healthier. Goal weight is 120 lbs.
06/12 Today I went to the doctor and weight 124 lbs. I would like to lose about 6 lbs to lean myself out. Today I worked out for about 60 minutes and ate clean. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as easy as today.
06/13 weighed 123 lbs from this morning, just bought a new scale so I'm not sure if it's completely accurate but to say the least I tried very hard yesterday to eat clean and exercise. Today I will work on continuing to eat clean but most importantly exercise and drink more water today.
06/14 weighted 122.8 this morning. I felt so horrible yesterday, I think it was a combination of not eating enough but also detoxing all the sugar. I had a headache and it continued today. I drank a lot of water yesterday more than usual and I'll continue to do that today and eat more.
06/15 123.2 I ate more yesterday because I felt I wasn't eating enough. I felt the best I could. I also took a day off of not working out but will continue today along with drinking more water.
06/16 124 lbs. went out with a friend and drank. Didn't feel any good because I've been eating clean. At the end of the evening for a late snack I ordered a veggie plate instead of something else I would've ordered.

06/18 123.6 lbs. I had a mini vacation and was visiting with a friend. It was harder to stay on track when your around your friends. I didn't drink any alcohol, so that was a win for me. Continue exercising and walking my dog yesterday.
06/19 122.8 lbs. I feel so healthy today. I'm very happy that I've been doing my best working out this week more than ever, especially during the days I don't want too. I will continue to eat clean and exercise but my biggest hurtle is drinking more water. I want to try to buy another water hotter today, possible one with a diffuse to help me drink more water.

06/13 - ... no scale, but being mindful
06/14 - ... no scale, but homeward bound
06/15 - 134.2 woohoo!!! It helps to have mindful eating even when there is no scale lurking around the corner. Plus, I am home and getting back into my usual workout routine. Winner
06/16 - 133.6 don't think it's going to stay there. But love the downward direction of the scale. Logging and mindful. And getting back into my workout routine at home.
06/17 - 134 I am very happy with where I am at. This is a great reinforcement to keep up what I am doing.
06/18 -134.2 not sure why it's up again. As long as it doesn't keep trending up and stops, I'm good. My goal is to lose 1 - 1.5 lb/10 day challenge. Did 5 mile run today. Happy Father's Day to all the dads.
06/19 - 134.4 Father's Day celebration kept me from being mindful and logging. I am hoping this little bit gained will be lost as quickly as it came. Goal by 6/21, the end of the challenge, 134# (I hope!)
