Yoga - 3 poses - two week challenge - Round 2 (starting Monday, June 26)

I hope I am not to late to jump in on the challenge; it sounds like fun. My three poses that I will work on are crow, downward dog, and half moon. I watch yoga with Adriene on youtube for a daily workout.
My three yoga poses are done for today. I struggle with holding my breath when I am in crow but hopefully I will strengthen my core and breathe easier as I practice. I held crow for 10 seconds today and I didn't fall over in half moon.

This morning I felt like I have more control over my body movement. It's such a nice feeling.
I am so excited that this is actually a 4th week of doing yoga everyday (since it's 2nd round to me) and I have never ever before did a 2 day streak. Maybe it's to early, but I feel kinda proud of myself

I'm a bit late to the Party but would like to join. I've dabbled in Yoga over the years but find it so difficult as I'm not very flexible - office based job doesn't help and my back and hips are getting far too tight.
I'm looking forward to this Challenge. :-)0 -
@LesleyRoth, this round finished yesterday, not sure if there will be a 3rd round or not. @daneejela is the one that is hosting this and she hasn't said anything about continuing it. There was only 3 of us actively reporting in this round. I hope she does, it made do it. I do better with challenges, than left to myself.0

I am just choosing my 3 poses I really liked this round set (triange, half moon, warrior III). My upper back is better but still not perfect, so I think as much as I would like to start with a dolphin pose, it's probably wise to skip it for this round.0
