I was aiming for 300 this month, but got derailed. In part due to a 54 mile ride today, though, I managed to get to 248mi. And tomorrow will be a rest day, so that's my tally for the month. I can live with that.2

July 2 - 3 km walking (35 min)

July 8 - 0.8 km walking (10 min) ... this was mainly within airports. I try to do a lot of walking while waiting for flights.
July 9 - For me, Sunday did not exist. We left Vancouver on Saturday, and arrived in New Zealand on Monday. There was no Sunday.
July 10 - 0.5 km walking (6 min) ... more airports as we flew into Australia.
July 11 - 21 km bicycle ride (65 min) ... a chilly, damp ride back in Tasmania.
July 12 - 1 km walking (12 min) ... just a bit of commute walking.
July 13 - 3.7 km walking (45 min) + 15 flights of stairs (10 min)
July 14 - 5.4 km walking (65 min) + 15 flights of stairs (10 min)
July 15 - 40.3 km cycling (125 min) ... very hilly ride
July 16 - 41.4 km cycling (130 min) ... flatter ride
July 17 - 7.1 km walking (85 min) ... some outside, some on treadmill + 2.1 km rowing (15 min)
July 18 - 2 km walking (25 min) ... not feeling well
July 19 - 6.4 km walking (80 min) ... somewhat better day + 15 flights of stairs (10 min)
July 20 - 1.8 km walking (20 min) ... really not feeling well + 10 flights of stairs (8 min)

I didn't make my goal but I'm very happy I got out as much as I did. I think I set myself too lofty of a goal and 15 hours per month is much more reasonable for mountain biking time.
