Take the loss and run You've had some big loss weeks, but as you get closer to your goal (and you are!!! Yay!) I think you'll find 1lb loss weeks will be more the norm than the outlier...take them in stride! Last 10lbs is the hardest and you're almost there!!!2 -

16/7 187.4 and have lost 0.5 inch off waist, hips and bum! Worked out five times this past week, probably a record for me!
25/7 185.8 NSV: did 20 push ups yesterday during my T25 video - 10 is usually my limit
1/8 184.8 + another inch or so lost (forgot where from now just know it's gone)

15/8 182.6 - I've had to move my weigh in back 3 hours sadly due to shift work, was 182.2 earlier in the week. Am at my original goal weight for this challenge though, 179.8 here I come!

I've adjusted my calories/goal to lose 1lb per week and I'm loving life getting to enjoy almost 300 more calories a day as I approach my goal weight! Onward! Might even keep pushing towards 165...we shall see Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Had a better week exercising (an extra 15 minutes per session to make up for slacking off last week). I'm tired afterwards, but looking forward to the end result. (And also the added calories I will get when switching to maintenance.) 10 more to go for this challenge, then 10 more to my final goal. I'm over half way there!5 -
