    Round 11

    This is my second round and I’m so excited to start. I lost 3.2 pounds in round 10. I’m going to try for 3 pounds again. I am a serial weigher, so this helps me see the overall picture.

    R10: 204.6 – 201.4
    R11: 200 - ??
    5’6”
    Short term Goal weight: 195
    Ultimate Goal weight: 155

    7/22: 200. What the what? Not sure how this happened (I was 201.4) yesterday. Let’s expect some to come back tomorrow. LOL
    7/23: 199.6 – Woo! I’m so happy to see this. #1 I had a pretty huge loss yesterday (1.4) so expected some to fluctuate back up and #2 I traveled six hours in the car plus trying to stick to diet plan on the fly. And I also indulged in some burger/fries for lunch. Went a tad over on cals. I guess all this measuring and tracking and will power is paying off!

    Round 8 ending at 214.5 (July 1- My 1st round)
    Round 9 ending at 214.5 (July 11- 2nd round)

    I just changed my calorie limit back to losing 2 lbs a week so it's now at 1350 (was at 1600). My ovreall goal this round is to lose the 2 lbs, but I'll be satisfied with one! Slow and steady wins the race.

    (Day 31) 01/07 - 224 lb. ~I stayed under my 1450 calorie goal, minimal exercise, and only 48oz water. Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.
    (Day 32) 01/08 - ??? lb. ~I wish we could get a break in the weather; it’s rain, rain, and wind. It was 19 degrees where my sister lives (WY) – but it was sunny 😎! I’m not sure which I prefer. Hopefully, my scale will be here tomorrow. I weighed 4 times this morning and was 224, 227.9, 222.5, and 226.3. I don’t know what to believe. My waistline does feel smaller, but I’m not fitting into the next smaller size, Yet! I measure next weekend, and excitement abounds!
    (Day 33) 01/09 – 223.2 lb. ~The scale arrived today, but not until late afternoon. I normally work from home but needed to go into the office this morning, so I took the opportunity to use the scale there. We’ll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully something closer to 222.0. Other than that, I braved the wind and got my steps in between rainstorms. Yea! It will probably be an early night tonight; I want to put the ice machine on my knee to ease the pain.
    (Day 34)*01/10 – 222.2 lb. ~ Today went a bit better than anticipated. The lower wt. on the scale was a nice surprise. I did well with healthy eating and staying under calories. I am still resting my leg, doing ‘RICE’, hoping for relief and that it will not sabotage the weight loss. I know how important exercise is to see results. Water is much better today, drinking it warm has helped. I’m 1 full month into this journey and have only dropped 10 lbs. For a heavy girl, I expected more than that. Yeesh!
