    Yeah, it looks like the MFP entry is all wonky - I saw the 8 oz entry as well. Apparently there are a number of Lambrusco haters around here! I went through a phase a couple of winters ago and enjoyed it, although I'm not usually big on sparkling wines. Really, it's just trial and error. I've gotten excoriated for drinking cider because it's high calories and high sugar, but if I drink less of it, that's a win at the end of the day.

    Toss out the nutritionist, get your calorie goal, eat that. Make healthier choices, but don't cut out the foods you like. Have them in moderation!
