    Happy Sunday, everyone!

    FINALLY!!! Things are moving in the right direction again!

    Toward the end of the week, I finally saw a new daily low of 212.3.

    I had been stuck since my vacation at the end of June/beginning of July. Right before vacay I saw a new daily low of 213.9. I gained on vacation (predictably), and it took 3 weeks to lose what I gained in 9 days. Then I was stuck, and stuck and still stuck in the 214-215 numbers for weeks.

    Friday I whooshed right to 213, Saturday to 212.3. I am 213.8 today, not surprised there I went to a party last night and I am a bit puffy today. Hopefully I am leaving 214 in the rear-view mirror.

    I hope the downward trend continues for a bit before the next stall.

    I am now at a 4-year low. I will take little victories where I can!

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Average from July 24th - July 30th: 214.4
    Average from July 31st - August 6th: 214.5
    Average from August 7th - August 13th: 214.5
    Average from August 14th - August 20th: 213.6

    August loss: 0.8 lbs.

    Total MFP loss: 19.4 bs.

    Total cumulative loss: 29.4 lbs.
