Jeanniewes - it looks like it is mainly you and i! Let's keep each other motivated! I'm determined to get to 100km!
I'm off my regular walking schedule because mu husband is home this week and we have been doing renos. I should be back on track by Sunday hopefully but plan on going for a walk tomorrow!
How are you keeping up with your walks? How do you stay motivated?
Also where are you from? I'm from North Bay, ON, CA1 -
I'm still here!! I've just fallen victim to the cold/flu that's sweeping this state. Blech. And I've been up to my eyeballs in university work.
However, I have done some exercise so as soon as I get a sec, I'll log it.

rccsinger is here a lot as well. There are very few of us in August though it seems. I STILL CARRY ON!!!

Im needing to make time for exercise. Getting back to my regular routine next week and will convince my friend who is staying with us this weekend to go for a few walks! Still determined to get to 100km... I'm just going to really have to push it!!!!

NO WALK TODAY Aug 13th...Morning and evening church Services. We usually take a walk around 3pm on Sunday IF it is not terribly hot/humid. Today is is just that and so we are now off too evening Services...

I wish I could however he is such a hot baby and already sweats just being in the stroller. In the fall when its cooler that would be a great idea! Thank you!1 -
