    I figured out the issue for me in adding to the goggle doc. From the android app I couldn't edit it, but when I logged in from the website it worked fine, I'm all added and will add more every Sunday, my usual weigh in date. Thank you for the invitation.

    GOOD AFTERNOON BBT's!! I am here with my update for today.

    Really excited today because I started doing the C25K program. Did Week 1 Day 1 today and it was so good. This was in addition to my regular workout routine. Never sweat so much before lol.

    There was a group question in one of my MFP groups and we were asked to give out WHY's.....

    I am doing this for me. I know it sounds selfish but I am always putting everyone first and this....this is for me. I know somewhere in there its also for my family but I started this for me and I want to finish it. I want to feel good about myself, I want to feel pretty....I know I AM pretty but I want to FEEL it. I want to be able to do things with my kids without feeling out of breath. I want to be able to buy clothes from more than one store. I want to be able to get on rides at theme parks. I want to NOT be the fat friend in my group of friends. I'm tired of being the big one in the photos. So yea....I'm dong this for me.

    NOW....I ask you all the same questions.....What are your WHY's???
