    8/11 180.0 Had Mexican food last night plus dessert and went way over calories. Lots of water and staying on calories today!
    8/12 180.0 well shoot! Too many sweets yesterday! Baked cupcakes with my daughters and of course ate some! Lol
    8/13 179.0 Stopped tracking after breakfast and ate waaaaay too much today. My older 2 go back to school tomorrow and I think I'm a little stressed/sad.
    8/14 180.5 Figured as much.

    @nikki062181 - You can have a big, fat, juicy cheeseburger!! Just fit it into your calories or work out extra that day. Depriving yourself is a recipe for failure. At least it is for me. Eat like this is a permanent lifestyle. One 'splurge' here and there won't hurt you. ;-)

    I tried eating ground Chuck twice here over the last few weeks, and I actually became physically ill.

    @farmhouse140 I've been bouncing too. Hang in there! Track and stick to your plan. You've got this!

    @nikki062181 be aware that if you cut your calories back too far your body will put itself in starvation mode. We had a lady in my Weight Watchers group who wasn't eating all of her points and wasn't losing. When we finally convinced her to eat them, she lost.

    Oh, I'm not even getting the warning from MFP. I usually eat about 1200 or 1300 calories. That's with 3 meals and two snacks a day.

    8/15 - 232.4 my body actually listened
    8/16 - 231 I will take it until the scale tomorrow says otherwise. No bad news today. Plus I passed my exams so all is well in my world today.
    8/17 - 232 still good. Let's see what the next 3 days can bring.
    8/18 - 232 I switched to Centrum silver which has iron compared to wellwoman 50+ which doesn't. Haven't been able to go (lifelong issues there). May have to switch back if this continues because daily I consume 25-35g fibre and roughly 13-15 cups of water so that isn't the issue. 2lbs in 2 days...
