    You look amazing! I have pcos as well and right now I am taking a little time off of trying to lose weight to get pregnant. But how did you lose your weight? The only thing that ever worked for me was low carb eating and jogging and bodyrock workouts.

    You should be very proud of yourself. Like I, I have always been a heavy kid and a yo yo dieter. I just started my fitness pal this week. I am at 180 and my goal is 150. Thank you for posting your story and pics. Your story and pictures are an inspiration.
