What are you hoping to achieve if you were to do it?

I sure am using copy/paste a lot today. WTH is going on?

Right? This keeps up, I'm going to end up with a concussion.

OP, waist trainers do nothing. What little effect you might see is all temporary illusion.

Nope. Looks terribly painful and unnecessary since any after effects will be temporary.

IMO you are better off keeping/improving the core strength & ab muscles you have, rather than losing it for lack of use.

The effects are primarily cosmetic, and not necessarily due exclusively to dehydration, although the results are limited in duration following extended use.

I used one for years . The men's vest one . never had a bad experience. The purpose of mine is mainly to workout . It made my upper body look really nice . Honestly certain things you can't post in here you should just YouTube it because some ppl just aren't gonna have nice things to say . Goodluck ❤️

Nice? I'd rather have people answer my question directly than feed me a bunch of lies. You can workout without the waist trainer.

The purpose of shapewear is to improve appearance. "looking nice" is the goal..
