I actually lost track of my water a little but at least 2.5L.0 -
The re-commitment hasn't been going so well. So today I'm going to fill 2 bottles (1L) with water and see whether that helps to motivate me!
I'm re-committing to 1L of water, 0.5L cups of (weak) tea and 0.25 squash or juice a day

6/10 - 0.5L water, 0.8 weak tea, 0.2 juice
I'll try to drink more water today.

@krea4 It's beautiful here now! Fall is a great time of year, a reward for 110+ in the summer. It warmed up a bit last week, into the 90s again, but it's supposed to be 85 today (about 30C?) and dip into the 70s soon. I'm trying to talk myself into getting ready so I have enough time to walk to work.2

Okay slipped up some. Back to it. Forget putting a weight here. Had to get weighed at a Dr.'s office with my shoes on and I know that number was not accurate, but that goes in your record. Oh well. Forgot that would be happening and foolishly didn't wear socks. I just about never do that with the sneaks. Was kind of warm today and wanted to go sockless.
For a couple of days got the water in early.

Didn't get it together to walk to work today after all. I hope to spend more time outside tomorrow.

@krea4 Pre-filling water bottles seems like a good strategy. Sometimes I know I'd drink more if I didn't have to stop what I was doing to go fill up my bottle.1 -
@cjsacto - I like the sound of your fall. But that heat in the summer ...PHEW. I'm not sure I could cope with it so hot.
Nice to see that your weight is out of the 175s. Well done. ...keep it up.
@salleewins - I think I should try to get more water drank earlier in the day. A good idea I will try to adopt.

Sister is so nice to be here a week to help me clean out this house to get ready to move. Not keeping track of much. BUT, I think of water intake more than I was for so long. Too hard when you are raking five lawn and leaf bags a day, burning wood for hours outside, moving all out of the attic, giving away items etc. We are still planning in fun each day, too! Yay! What beautiful weather every day. It is unusual and exceptional for this time of year!

The last 7 days I've had 2L or more every day, none as high as 3L. Yesterday I drank a lot between 6-8 pm because I hardly had any during the day. Today I've been better, staying hydrated all day.

Defo no more excuses I am doing this challenge and my diet as I’ve not been doing it but still moaning I’m to big to fit in wedding dress!! Time to get motivated and do something about it...!
Support and motivated people I need to help me....so I weighed myself today I’m 72.2kg and I’m guttied but hoping diet and water intake will get that down!!
