So much for having Alabama on their every week for an easy pick to put your #10 confidence on. Should be some good match ups this weekend.
That's why I like the ESPN one, it's harder because they pick more even team match-ups.0 -
wow @lstrat115 no tag for me huh? typical... you get beat by tOSU every year as is so you're chasing any victory you can get... bummed I missed this!0

@zac1644 here is your tag
I assumed you didn't know a lick about football since that is the team you choose to stand behind
you mean the team that has TWO Natty's since your last SHARED one? that team?? or the team that's has 5 straight W's against TTUN and 13 of the last 15? Is that the team you're referring to @lstrat115

don't get too cocky.... have you seen the defensive on TTUN ?
they are really, really good.
and to be fair, that OSU / TTUN game last year was dominated by the Blue1 -

Nothing cocky about it. I've seen the defense that they replaced 10 of 11 starters with. They looked great against Florida no doubt, but this is nothing new for *ichigan. They always find replacements that are just as good if not better than the season prior. Same can be said for all the major programs in the country.
dominated??? uhhh what? care to explain that one to me?

Week 2 done. It killed me to pick Nebraska but I had to. Ugh.0

oh yeah TTUN worked the Bucks for 3 quarters.... I know, don't fumble on the goal line, don't throw a stupid interception.
btw.... I'm not a TTUN fan & I understand the passion of Buckeye football.
I just know what I saw last year and it was scary for quite a while.
I also attended last years Fiesta Bowl.... (ugh) I'm thinking it might have been a good thing in the long run. It was a wake-up call for the offense.0 -

It must be nice playing in a cupcake conference against no real teams most of the season every year. It's a good way to keep your players fresh, I guess.1 -

Stats say otherwise my friend. I'm not going to say that tOSU dominated in fact I don't think they did but I'd hardly say that scUM did either. 3 turnovers are killer and the fact that they couldn't stop the bucks from running the ball at all...

denial? I'm just waiting to hear your response on what conference you are a fan of and your reasoning behind this.
As far as rooting against us, I'm sure myself and the entire tOSU fan base could care less. We're still going to be in discussion for the playoffs and the title game regardless. God help you if you're a Bama fan too.

I love watching Ohio State fans get disappointed when they lose a real game against an actual opponent. I have no idea why they think they are so good?
I'm a SEC fan, followed by ACC for football. I'm right in the middle and have ties to both.
I'm not so much of a 'bama fan as much as a "I love it when the SEC wins national championships" fan. But, why is 'bama so bad? I mean besides the fact they are an actual team playing in the toughest conference in college football. A conference known for constantly chewing up its teams making it very hard to go a season without a lose.
Also any SEC team has to actually earn most of their wins because they don't play a bunch of cupcake teams that pad their record.1 -

I dunno man, the best conference top to bottom right now is the ACC. The Big 10 is very top heavy with OSU, PSU and TTUN.... then they fall off pretty quick.
The SEC is traditionally loaded, but I think they're currently reloading.0 -

Absolutely, I'm not going to sit here and say that they will run through the conference, it won't happen. Can they win every game? Of course but thankfully PSU is at home and the only true road test this year is up north.
Honestly I'm worried about this weekend. I'll be a much happier guy after a win Saturday night.

The hatred for Ohio State is something else I'll give SEC fans that, I've never seen such hatred for a team they barely ever see. The last time an SEC team saw them it didn't end well for them. I'm not saying that the SEC isn't KING football but there are some serious delusions coming from some of your fans. They (generalizing) seem to love to ride Alabama's coat tails when they really haven't produced much outside of the Tide in recent years. I root for the B1G always but you'll never see me say ohhh the B1G won the Championship if *ichigan or PSU or another team takes it down. Is it because most "SEC" fans know deep down that if Alabama doesn't take the ship then the "SEC" won't win squat? I think there is a lot more parity among conferences than you seem to think.

B1G has 4 of the top 10 teams right now and I would tend to agree with the ACC if Francois didn't just get hurt... I think if Miami had a better QB they would be a surprise favorite to dethrone (if anyone could lol) Clemson right now.

I admit my entire dislike for OSU is derived from hearing NFL players overemphasis the word "the" during player introductions at the start of games. Same goes for Miami.3

The "hatred" for Ohio State comes from the fact that they think they are so great when they have such a cupcake schedule every year. It makes no sense to have such an inflated ego over a team that never plays anyone good most of the season.
Most of the SEC is good, but they are on a downward swing right now. But don't discount LSU, Auburn, or Florida to name a few.

Lets look at premier games over the few years head to head
Michigan throttled Florida this year
Wisconsin beat LSU in 2016
Alabama destroyed Wisconsin in 2015
Ohio State beat Alabama for the title (2014/2015)
Indiana beat Missouri (2014) *iffy premier game, I'd actually lean against counting this one*
LSU Beat Wisconsin (2014)
I didn't include many bowl games because I don't believe they really mean squat if they aren't a true "New Years Day" game. The Outback Bowl and the Gator Bowl are irrelevant in my eyes.
What will you say if Ohio State beats Oklahoma again tomorrow? still cupcakes?? 2 years in a row?
Then both OSU and Alabama have wins over top 5 opponents.... if OSU loses then so be it, KING SEC it is but I think you're exaggerating a bit.

@Zac1644 your need to continue to come back here and defend the narcissism of the OSU fans speaks volumes
I'm not saying we don't have obnoxious fans who believe that we can do no wrong, but I think all teams have these fans.
@lstrat115 you could give me a little bit of credit lol I even put your stupid M in the front of that name in my last post! sheesh!

Like I said, the SEC is in a down swing but if you want to pick and choose stats, here's some for the last 10 years:
National Championships:
2016 Clemson
2015 Alabama
2014 Ohio State
2013 Florida State
2012 Alabama
2011 Alabama
2010 Auburn
2009 Alabama
2008 Florida
2007 LSU
2006 Florida
2005 Texas
2004 Southern California
2003 LSU
2002 Ohio State
2001 Miami (Fla.)
2000 Oklahoma
1999 Florida State
1998 Tennessee
1997 Michigan, Nebraska
1996 Florida
Not to mention every time Ohio State plays an SEC team for the National Championship they get crushed:
2007 January 7, 2008 LSU 38 - Ohio State 24 BCS National Championship
2006 January 8, 2007 Florida 41 - Ohio State 14 BCS National Championship1 -
By the way, I also always root against Miami because of how arrogant they are.0
