I just decided to check out the forums here and found this one. Last week, I started doing a 30 plank an hour while I am at work, which totals 4.5 minutes a day x 5 days a week. It helps me get up from my desk once an hour, too!2

Missed both my month goal and my mini goals, but the total for me was 47.5 minutes, which included 1.5 minute plank (PB) and I can fairly consistently do side plank (new skill!).
I did start on a C25K programme in September, and between that and some habit changes (I don't have my phone - which is to say my stopwatch - with me all the time now) I can see why I didn't get there.
Definitely going for October. I've already put my tracker together and everything!!1
