9/01 - 73.9kg (162.9lbs) - Only did 60 min yoga yesterday and ate cake in the afternoon (work thing) so wasn't expecting a shift in weight. Don't think I went over my calories though (had to estimate the cake) - but I have my allowed intake set to just 100 kcal less than my TDEE (like I said - don't have that much to lose so taking things slow and trying not to eat back all my exercise calories instead).

8/31 - 161.9 - yesterday was hard and today will be too - back to school which means inservice - lots of sitting in one spot and feeling hungry to stay awake yet no motivation to work out when you get home. Hopefully I can do something physical tonight.
9/1 161.2 not bad considering yesterday was inservice, I sat all day, didn't work out, and had Wendy's for lunch7 -

8/31 - 193 I pay dearly for cheat days. Even if I don't do too badly, I'm bloated for 2-3 days. I'm so sad that I'm not likely to see the number I wanted for my Birthday because of 1 weak moment. But I'll keep being good and see what happens. At least I'm not too far off my goal for Sept.
9/01 - 191.8 I'm ecstatic! (This was recorded this morning on my mom's scale which is more accurate than mine and it has made my week!!!)

Back again! I started last round at 144.4 and finished at 142.4 so happy. I'm looking to get to 141 or below without bouncing back. I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Slow going but better than nothing. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss.

9/01 142 and holding... for now. 1 hr weeding and 30 ellip yesterday. Ate smart but had a late night snack, something I never do but seemed like a good idea at the time. LOL today: gym and ellip.. Happy Friday All, stay strong.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ROUND 15
I'm wiping my slate clean (for sanitys sake) and starting over. I've done several rounds, but I'm up 5-7 pounds overall. I'm hoping that weighing in everyday will make me think twice when I want to eat just a little more. I'm about 10 pounds from my overall goal of 128.

My goal for this 10 days is just 1/2 a pound. I know I'll go up and down, weekends are hard, but if I could finish at 135 that would be ok!

I went over calories by 199 yesterday so I know I didn't actually gain almost a pound. It's still frustrating. I'm having SO much trouble eating within calories and it has nothing to do with hunger.

Round 15 I would like to be in the 180s. I realize that eliminating the water pill from my medications, signalling better health, will probably usher in a water weight gain as my body gets used to normalcy again. I hope I deal with it gracefully... Welcome Back Friends!!
8/31 - 191.6 Well I knew it was coming, the weight gain from eliminating the water pill. I'm on a liquid diet from oral surgery, stacked 2 cord of wood yesterday and came in with a significant calorie deficit so this is definitely fluid in some capacity.
9/01 - 192.4 Day 3 of liquid diet, I seem to be salt and carb loading. Today I can start soft foods for two weeks, at least I have more choices. When it's all over I'll have a brilliant smile, it won't erase the memories but it will erase the daily reminder of a time I would rather forget. On a better note, my bp without the water pill is still running around 110/70 and I see the Dr in 6 weeks, hopefully I'll be in a downward trend by then and he can eliminate more meds. Sorry for the grind guys... feeling the stress of the scale going up when I'm on point.7 -

9/01 137 (Boooo! I ate Chik-fila last night. It was within my calorie limit, but I'm guessing the salt is to blame here? Anyway, did 45 minutes of circuit training at the gym this morning and have my day's meals pre-logged. Onward!

This is a place to grind... safe and understanding. Since you had surgery, could some of this be retained water? You've done so great and you'll continue to when you're over this bump in the road. Congratulations on your new smile btw.8 -

I have a question: my "net calories" have been putting me under 1200 calories a day, should I be eating those calories gained or not? I'm just trying to rule out things that may be stalling the weight loss. I'm going to start measuring myself, because I think I'm also gaining muscle, or at least toning up. Just keep swimming!5 -

9/01 - 185.6 Well at least I'm consistent. I'm surprised at this number because I feel super bloated and heavy. Plus, I didn't eat very good yesterday and didn't drink enough water. I totally expected to be 187 or so this morning. I'm excited to see the scale go down once I get rid of this water weight!

8/31 - 199.2 - hoping this is real. I've got a cold so haven't done any exercise. Ate within calories yesterday but didn't drink enough water.
9/1 - 199.0 - Happy. Especially because I feel like death. Took my progress picture today (1 month in). I've lost 8'lbs total and don't see a difference which is frustrating. As Dory would say, "Just keep swimming."

8/31- 229.0 - hopefully the 230s are gone for good. No exercise last night because I was exhausted. Stayed under calories though.
9/01- 229.8 - I hung out with a friend last night and binged. Hard. I'm going to attempt to put something in my diary, but I'm not entirely sure that I can account for all that I ate last night. I feel pretty gross this morning as a result. But - I'm still under 230 and today is a new day. Going to push water because there will undoubtedly much bloat from sodium.

I know those two 195 weights were flukes but I am chasing them anyway!!
SW, 212 (highest recorded weight) I've no idea what my highest weight was!

so it seems that getting under 196 (14 stone) is proving just as difficult at getting out of the 200's was!!

30/8 - 197.2 - pulled a muscle or strained something anyway (really not sure how or what I have done but its painful and I am struggling to even walk or get a decent nights sleep, drank my water and stayed under my calories, due to being un-able to exercise I think the calories are even more important
31/8 - 198.8 - back in pain all day so I kept the calories low, its really all I can do at the moment!
