I was doing well and notice how much better I felt during the day.
Last night I choose to binge and I am so foggy and groggy today. I am glad I have a place to share. The weekends are really hard for me so here's to a successful Friday night. I can do this!2 -

Turning in fairly early and no LNS. The last few evenings have been hard, though, not because of cravings but because of bona fide hunger. I need to adjust my eating to leave some calories & fat so I can have a handful of nuts just before 8:00 (my snack cutoff) and I'll feel a little more full.2 -

No late night snack but I failed "No impulse eating." I ate 800+ calories of leftover catering after a work function this afternoon. Basically instead of the healthy dinner I planned and pre-logged, I had cheese cubes and bread at 2:00 and ran out of (actually over) calories for the day. Starving.3 -

This is my BIGGEST issue!!!! I do great all day and then after my kids go to bed its a free for all! I could totally use the support and motivation from others who are in the same boat. I hope it's not too late to join this challenge!!! I'm starting fresh today!5
