I had a snack pre-logged that I didn't eat because it got to be 8pm before I knew it, not sure if that's a good thing. (Another day I ate the snack anyway and didn't consider it a LNS because it was planned.) My calories were low today with no impulse eating - oh, except two tortilla chips I stole off my bf's plate.2 -

As of today, it has been 6 weeks since I gave up added sugar (well, 99%). Not that sugary food doesn't still look good, but I'm not having cravings.3 -
