You will need to do this for the rest of your life, so take your time.

    Moisturize your skin lol.

    You can run.

Don't give up; the blood, sweat and tears will all be worth it.

    1. Food will not always control your life, you will someday find happiness without it.
    2. You are stronger than you think.
    3. Keep going, someday you will meet your goals.

Just do it already. Stop coming up with excuses not to lose weight and commit to it right now.

More protein. Less Alcohol. A more consistent approach to exercise, especially resistance / weight based training.

Everything in moderation. You don't have to do it perfectly. I put so much pressure on myself to follow 100% a dozen different diets. But when I found I couldn't keep it up I threw in the towel.
When I finally stopped "dieting" I lost weight and kept it off.

Every day plan for food that you really love, ditch the diet mentality!

Also, COUNT YOUR CALORIES! It's that EASY. That's it. The rest is just fun.
