Parents who let kids run around restaurants like it's a playground.
Parents who let their little ones continuously shriek enough so that it hurts the ears.
I love kids, really do. But, that's one thing that even as a parent myself, gets to me as it's a lack of consideration for others.1 -

I remember a while ago we went out to dinner and the parents were letting their kids throw around a paper airplane and run around the restaurant. I told my husband that I hoped it landed on our table because I wouldn't have given it back.
