    I just thought of another one! I have only heard a couple people say it because, well, this is a calorie-counting website, but people who call calorie counting a fad. Whaaaaat?!

    a calorie is not a calorie....really, well what the hell is it?

    I had one lady tell me that calorie deficits do not work for her, but when she started juicing two times a day and having small dinner she lost weight...well no *kitten* you just restricted your diet and created a calorie deficit...*face palm"

    oh I agree with this one....I don't actually get it to be honest and it takes me about 30 mins to post a GIF and by the time I have done that there is a million kitty's on my fricken computer screen.

    Also, yes. You are likely to retain some water during your period. Deal with it. It doesn't mean that you GAINED wait. Did you suddenly just start getting our period when you started tracking your calories? You never had this experience before you joined MFP?
