Hi, I'm in again this month and hope that I will be a little more active. Right now I am supposed to be working on something for my sister to give to new parents in her day care. So, I don't have a lot of time for much other than my walking.
My walking goal is going to be 150 miles in the month. I need to up my steps, and since I basically do all my walking in the house, I just take the number off the Fitbit. I where it shows miles. Now that it is autumn and not higher than 100 degrees every day, maybe I will get out of the house more.
I will also commit to 50 miles on the stationary cycle at the gym, hoping that I will actually get out of the house and go there!
Last month my final numbers were 129/120 walking; but only 10/90 for the stationary cycle.3 -

Second month at this challenge, I really under estimated September & surpassed my 120 km goal by 108 km, so for the month of Oct my goal is going to be 250 km.

10/1- 1.3 mile walk in 24 minutes. Still getting quite winded, but hope losing the extra weight will mean no inhaler needed this winter.

almost...ALMOST reached my goal for September. ONE MILE SHORT!!!!!!!!!!!! Had there been 31 days in Sept I know I would have gone over the 120 goal mark. I ended with 119 miles instead....now I pick my self up and carry on..
