My stats from my last meet in May:

    SQ 170
    BP 115
    DL 245

    TOT 530

    BW 119.5

    Wilks: 290

Not my best efforts, but I'm pretty happy with it anyway. I usually DL around 265 max, but I had an off day that meet - don't know why. It just happens sometimes. Oh, well............

I just turned 51, and I'd be lying if I didn't say age is starting to creep up on me. Joint issues and all that. *kitten* happens.......

Do you just add up all the numbers for the wilks score? I'm using this calculator...
http://wilkscalculator.com/lbs and putting in 730lbs for 138lbs body weight.

    Recently tested 1RMs
    high bar back squat: 225
    bench press: 120
    deadlift: 290
    strict press: 95

    357.347

    wilks points

I think it's usually just squat, bench press and deadlifts but really whatever as long as you are comparing the same thing (so don't compare your wilks that includes press with someone's who is not including press).

    quality lifts in here people!

Wilks was with the big 3 only I believe.

BTW LLL just got her 130kg deadlift yesterday and narrowly missed locking out 135kg. Sumo style so that is a bit odd. More BB hip thrusts and upper back work on the cards

Probably Sara. I think she Deadlifts more than me.

    Woah, who's Sara? Username?

Sara, but I'm chasing her *kitten*. :P

Wow, just saw your new pic and you're looking amazing!

Chris, she certainly looks great but then she has you to help her out Wish I had a husband that lifts so I could learn and watch.

Funny how that works, I wish i had a wife that lifted so i could have some workout company in the gym and someone to train.

Yes! I mean...I *think* it would be. I've been trying to get hubby into it for a while now and just can't seem to make it happen.
Is it something you both decided to do together, or was one person instrumental in convincing the other? If the latter, how was the convincing accomplished?

    So....BUMP.

Ladies, what are your squat/bench/deadlift/OHP #'s now? Any strength increases??

    Squat is sad 190
Bench is even more sad- in may it was 175- but now I can't bench at all (I have an elbow injury)
Dead Lift 265 (not my PR 1 rep max- just the last big weight I pulled)
Deadlift- I can put up around 100- but again- elbow issues are causing me grief. :(

I'm definitely better than I was in May- my DL was 250 for an actual comp and it wasn't pretty. That 265- was the top of a 15/16 set pyramid. :D

Really REALLY hoping to pull 300 as a 1 RM at the end of this month.
