    2 cups of coffee with 2 tbls fat free French vanilla creamer and 2 cups of watermelon! I have been LOVING my watermelon lately! Soooooo yummy!

    So basically you had some watermelon.

    1 whole egg, one egg whites, 3 tblsp of 1% milk, spinach (forgot to measure--maybe 1 - 2 ounces sauteed?), 1/2 slice of american cheese. 1/2 tbsp of ground flaxseed. 1 cup of coffee.

    toasted whole wheat english muffing with 1 egg and 1egg white scrambled with a bit of cheese. Makes a great bgast sandwich under 300 cals.
