Wisconsin accent or nah?

It’s in the way you say accent! I pronounce it AKS-ent. Wisconsinites pronounce it Ayiks-ent or something. It’s really hard to write it phonetically.
I also hear it in the word Wisconsin. Not necessarily when you say it but in general. It’s usually pronounced a bit more like Wiscansin. The o gets flattened and brought forward in the mouth compared to my accent. Which.. is an accent in its own right 😬2 -
