Hi! Fellow introvert here! Like you, I have my moments of extroversion. Like last night (Halloween), I went to the door to give candy to trick-or-treaters every time, rather than letting someone else do it like I always do! :# Seriously, it was a big deal to me. I also deal with a lot of anxiety, but online support is great. Like others, it sometimes takes me a bit to respond to private messages depending on my mood, but I do like to comment on statuses and I hang out in the forums a lot. I’ll send you a friend request!

    Greetings fellow introverts!

I'll tell ya what's hard (so to speak). Being a mostly introvert engineer (until I drink) and working with socially awkward introvert engineers. Every hour. All day long. It's a constant tug of war between understanding them and hating them.

Drinking brings out my extrovert big time!

Hey fellow introverts- of course we all like these forums- don't have to actually chat and we can leave whenever we want! It's perfect! Ok...see ya later :)

Nothing better than only having to reply when you feel like it. I love the no pressure zone!

I thought that right now too. It's so nice to have this here but with everyone just sitting quietly doing their thing!

I see your challenge of uniting just introverts, and raise you the challenge of uniting INTJs like myself....

    Bwahahahah good luck with that!

Challenge accepted! Another INTJ checking in here! (although I'd consider myself independent more than reclusive)

Hi there! Another introvert checking in... and then going quickly to hide in a corner.

That's ok...I'll be next to you trying to say something I thought was funny but nobody else understands. :p

It's because things we say normally go over others head's.

Spending another day alone with my cat! Introvert - doing it right. ;-P (although yeah, it does get lonely - but I'm committed!) (*sobs* but please add me as a friend, omg the alone! THE ALONE!)

I'm pretty introverted and have been using this app off and on (used Livestrong more but this syncs with my garmin) for years but never did the forums. I've been having trouble on my own lately though and wondering if interacting with some people aside from my husband about my weight loss efforts.

That's ok. Introverts do get it. We may only smirk knowingly, if that, but we get it.

I feel like interacting with people other than the ones will love with most certainly helps.

There are times to be alone (most of the time, haha) But once every leap year you have to get out and socialize
