    In for the convo. I have been doing a 3x10 push/pull rotation for 6 months and am unsure if I should change it up. Looking to gain 15 pounds, ideally from as much lean mass as possible. Wondering if a 5x5 or something like Allpro's beginner program is more suitable for my goals.
