Keto works because of calorie deficit. That's how all diets work. Measuring and logging food of your choosing can also "work" if you stay within calorie limits.0 -
I think what inspired me the most is that the organic whole milk is bought. The blueberries are in the refrigerator. It seems a crying shame to toss perfectly good food to try and keep to a daily carb number.
OP, to give Keto a hero's try you have to stick to it pretty tightly for at least a month. It's tough to convince the body to go in to Keto, and it's tough to stay in Keto. Make sure you understand the foods that will make up your day before you do more shopping.0 -
