    10/20 - 174.4 Interesting….same weight 3 days in a row. Usually the scale is up and down.
    10/11 - 175.3 - UGH! Off track and high sodium yesterday. Will do better today! Water!!!!
    10/12 - 175.2 - Hmm. . . Not much difference, but I'll take it.

    Hi awesome peeps! This challenge helps me feel like I'm not alone in the struggle.. great to see the big picture. Although my scale was not stellar the last two rounds, I'm hoping for a stronger trend this round.

    10/20 - 219.8 - so unbelievably frustrated. I'm under calories almost every day, been exercising, and I go nowhere. Well - that's not entirely true - I go UP

    So, happy to start this round off here. Spent much of yesterday traveling; ate out and keep calories around maintenance. Enjoyed going out to eat, and the season opener of the Thunder. Back to the plan today. Not enough water; all other goals met. Strength training at the gym.

    10/20 - 250.2 - So close to be in the 240s! Tomorrow is my birthday, here's to hoping that I give myself that as a birthday present :D
    10/21 - 249.2 - Well, I gave myself a good birthday present. But it came at a cost. I was up all night with stomach issues. Here's to hoping today is better than last night!
    10/22 - 251.8 - I took a day off from tracking, exercising, and eating well. Emotionally, I needed a break from the stress. No surprise on the scale. Tomorrow will be better, I'm back on track today :)

    I take it you are quitting soda. Does that mean you've also inadvertently cut way back on caffeine? That would explain the headache. Drinking iced tea may help ease you into it. I use the easy method of making the iced tea. I just put teabags in cold water and throw it in the fridge. In a couple hours, it's iced tea.

    Last round again reinforced to me how important it is to not stress out over temporary daily upward fluctuations. For this round I will continue working on my hydration and stretching.

    10/20--222.6 Normal fluctuation either due to the 2 handfuls of mini peppermint patties I had yesterday, even though I had already eaten my calories for the day, or water retention from finishing up another day of C25K that I completed in the rain last night. Either way, I'll take it.
    10/21--222.2 Finished W2D3 of C25k and stretched. Going out for afternoon tea today. Working on staying hydrated today.
    10/22--222.4 Very surprised about the small increase after all the food I ate at tea, maybe all the tea I drank helped. Going out for tennis lessons and then out for lunch with the in-laws, so weight will probably be up tomorrow.
