sounds absolutely ridiculous...eat up to 4 bananas for breakfast, water only to drink, regular lunches and dinners and snacks. and this is supposed to help you how OP??12

Ignore any diet that has a silly name
Read the sticky threads on here
Set up your diary and stick to your calories
Good luck20 -
I think I'd start to dislike bananas in a big hurry with that.11

So, a 400 calorie breakfast and then lunch and dinner that aren't calorie controlled? How is that supposed to help? And why can't people just have whatever they want for their 400 calories?24

I have a banana every morning ..... with porridge or cereal. Didn't think there was anything special about it though, except that I like bananas.
Seriously though losing weight is all about calories in being less calories out. What foods you eat will help with overall health but make little difference in terms of weight loss. Eating too much of one food while eating at a deficit will result in you losing weight but as it isn't a balanced diet you will struggle to get adequate micro nutrients into you which could negatively impact on your long term health.8 -

Don't look for a silly diet to follow OP. Just (as others have said) figure out the calorie goal that puts you in a deficit. Eat what you want to get there. Weigh your food for accuracy.
The "x" diet, whatever it is will likely not be sustainable and will not teach you good habits.2 -
If you have sugar problems stay way from that much banana at one time.5

For breakfast, you will eat bananas and drink room-temperature water. The bananas must be raw, never cooked or frozen. You may substitute other fruit, but only one type per meal. If you are still hungry, wait 15 to 30 minutes and you can eat something else. You will eat normally for lunch and dinner.
Seriously?????
That sounds the silliest weight loss rationale ever.

Someday I'd like to meet the people who make these things up. They must really be a hoot.3

Bananas and banana shakes are awesome for bulking2

One of these days when I am bored I am going to make up a fad diet of my very own as a social experiment.12

Sounds like everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame..... I think I'll come up with a new diet "fad"kommodevaran wrote: »Giggle.
Ywah... I was a little nervous about this one too.... Could be worse.... could be the cucumber diet

There's some merit to it. Have you ever seen an overweight monkey?16

I've invented the Tic Tac diet. You have a single Tic Tac for breakfast with a glass of water, another with a glass of water for lunch, eat whatever you want and as much as you want for dinner except no zucchini, then another Tic Tac with a glass of water for dessert. I guarantee you'll lose weight.18

It seemed to work with the hot dog and ice cream diet. Why not?3 -

I see someone had the same thought I did. ;-)5 -
So it's a name for this...bananas for breakfast, normal lunch & dinner w/ 1 snack...geez1

I'm the dog.4 -
So what if I reverse it and had the bananas for dinner? And why can't I blend the banana with ice and have a smoothie instead of drinking water? Is the magic formula ruined then?2

The premise is that the bananas and warm water are supposed to give your insides time to relax, if they can't relax, you gain weight and potentially get diseases that could cause blindness or death.
They also recommend going to bed before the new day starts as you can't lose weight without a good nights sleep.
other then that they dont describe any other part of the diet, they just say that you should focus on relaxing rather then stressing yourself out waiting for weight loss because no one can wait that long.
write what needs to be done in a notebook and let the notebook remember for you.
They also say to do what you want and say what you want but be mindful of what you say and how you say it.
Can you link to a website? I have a feeling that thing is going to be gold...0
