    Starting weight Jan 2017 112 lbs.
    Goal Weight end of 2017: 105 lbs

    Almost gave up in Round 20 due to climbing weight, cold mornings and generalized laziness.
    Round 20 average weight 108 lbs (ending weight 106.6)

    Round 21: goal 106.8 lbs

    10/30 107.4 lbs
    10/31 108.6 lbs - >2000 Calories - wow, how did that happen? Oh yeah. Darn that exercise and access to candy.
    11/1 107.4 lbs
    11/2 106.7 lbs :smiley:
    11/3 107.4 lbs
    11/4 105.5 lbs - not real (yet)
    11/5 oops! I forgot to weigh! Was in a hurry to get my day started. Went well.
    11/6 106.8 lbs - real.
    11/7 109.1 lbs - not real.
    11/8 109 lbs - got some work to do in Round 22 :blush:

    Got to say I'm really disappointed with myself. No excuses. It's been very difficult, I crave foods like no tomorrow (the joys of antipsychotic medication) and I'm premenstrual which is a new experience now that I've had the coil fitted this summer.
    The one good thing is I've logged. I've not shut my eyes and said oh well doesn't matter. At one point it killed me to tell anyone my weight (I was a lot lighter than I am now). So I'm taking the small wins. Remembering this is a life style challenge not a diet. A big well done to all those that got to where they wanted to be...keep at it. To those that didn't - it will click at some point. Keep trying. ...

    It took a lot of strength and self-knowledge to write this paragraph. You started out with "the usual whine" but finished it with strength! You can do this. And with this level of self-awareness, I'm sure you will be learning more about how to satisfy your cravings and control your appetite. Best wishes to you. I'm in your corner!!

    Round 21
    Goal: Get down to 220s

    Day/Weight/Comment
    10/30: 231.4 ----Didn't go down, but I'll take it over a gain coming off Sunday dinner.
    10/31: 232---- Uggghhh. The dreaded bloat!
    11/1: 232---- Ate within goals, BUT nibbled on candy as I passed it out.
    11/2: 231.8---- Not much, but it is back in the right direction.
    11/3: 230.2--- Wow, my stomach had been feeling icky and bloated since Sunday. I think I had what old folks called
    "fever on the belly" from the flu shot I got last Thursday, and this morning it made it's dramatic exit :'(
    11/4: 230----Saw 229 on the scale yesterday after being in the yard for 3 hours. But then ofcourse, I had to eat and hydrate. Happy with a loss, but I want to see the 220s. :s
    11/5: 229.8----I know if I breathe the wrong way today 230 can float back up, but for now I'm going to enjoy this number <3<3

    11/7: 229.2
    11/8: 229-- Well, I ended 2.4 lbs. lighter and in the 220s. Happy with this and look forward to continual loss in round 22!!!!! :D:D:D<3
