    I’m in. I weight 164.5lbs. My goal is 140lbs (possibly a little less) by my sons 1st birthday on 05/06/18.

    I am in. I should hit goal weight range in June. Last few pounds July. I am "bulking" at the moment on 3000 cals a day. My goal weight is around 172lbs Jan end. Might be slightly more as have peaked at 174.2 this week but know that water weight gain due to carbs sodium is highly likely. I am on a weekly weigh in group and on the refeed/diet break thread as well. Will be diet breaking for 2 weeks in April to coincide with holiday away.

    My weigh in will be Thursdays to coincide with group.

    Here are my stats in lbs:

    Start weight May 2017: 195.4
    Goal weight July 2018: 140

    N.B. My biggest challenge now lies in the next two months. Christmas holidays and parties in December and then family ski trip mid-January. If ever there was a time to find my inner resolve it's now.

    11th - 143.3 (Xmas parties and weeklong-conference with yum food is killing me!!! Right direction though!)

    N.B. Was very happy with the Xmas morning weigh-in. I've been fluctuating between 141.5 - 144 all month (I weigh in daily, but log here on Mondays). Will certainly be higher tomorrow after today's Christmas indulgences, but with the month I've had I'm actually pretty pleased that the trend has continued downward, albeit slowly.

    I've been trying a daily weigh in and that just frustrates me. I may weigh more than once a week, but log weekly. I need to see longer term goals than just 10 days.

    204.5 yesterday. True dream goal is 175, which I'd love to hit by Nov. My immediate short-term goal is 198 by Jan 21.

    I'm cutting back on the alcohol for a bit, too, just to see how much that plays in all of this.

    Weighed in this morning at 174.8, would like to reach 155 by June! Cutting out dairy and alcohol this month to see how my body reacts (I know both of these things are bad for my body in particular, as I am allergic to both but also love both).

    Gained 3lbs this week. On target for my 175lb upper weight in the range I was aiming for during my bulk.

    11/16 - 206 (a day early but I will be away from my scale tomorrow)
    11/24 - 207.5 (a bit disappointed - shouldn't be, considering T-Day dinner and a road trip last weekend - onward and downward!)
    12/1 - 205 (even after a plate of Tex-Mex last night. YAY!)
    12/8 - 206 (It is what it is. Have seen 203.5 on the scale earlier in the week- but not today. Lower next week.)
    12/15 - 203 YAY!
    12/22 - 206.5 - I have been on calorie restriction since March. Have been plateaued at 205 +/- 2 pounds for a month. Decided to take a diet break and eat at maintenance calories for a couple of weeks to a month - started that on 12/20. Then back to a restriction to lose the last 20-30 pounds. I'm going to keep logging in here anyway, to help me stay focused.
    12/29 - 214 Huge scale spike from this diet break. Restart the calorie restriction on Jan. 4th. Hoping the woosh is just as impressive.
    1/5/18 - 209.5 - good drop from that spike. Reworking my calorie targets.
