HFLC tips/advice/anything

I recently started a high fat low carb lifestyle. My old ways of eating, although healthy for the most part, wasn't working for me anymore. I'm on my 4th day and honestly already feel better, no bloating at all and finally feel like I'm developing a better relationship with food... aka it's not controlling my life. Anyway, not the point. So anyone else who does keto or HFLC(I know they aren't the exact same but similar concept obvi) have any tips or advice or just notes they wish they knew in the beginning to help me? I'd love any advice! I watched a *kitten* ton of YouTube videos about it but the more information and learning the better (: thanks in advance

I would say you don't have to calorie count, but if you want lose weight you need to eat at a caloric deficit.
Join the Low Carber Daily or Keto MFP groups. Lots of helpful folks and info there.
