Let’s just face it. Life should be easy, right? We just need to keep breathing. However, we all know that’s not the case. There are expectations, responsibilities, Social pressures, unspoken rules, traditions, bills, debts, stress, health, depression, disappointments, heartbreak, heart ache and so on and so forth. As wonderful and amazing as Lofe can be......well sometimes it can suck. Life can be pretty damn hard sometimes. What gets you through? What lessons are you going to teach your kids? What lessons have you learned? Any helpful hints to help make those hard times in life easier? Do you have any words of wisdom you feel everyone would be better off knowing? Share them here.

Then I suppose I'll repost them here:
"Friends can help each other. A true friend is someone who lets you have total freedom to be yourself - and especially to feel. Or, not feel. Whatever you happen to be feeling at the moment is fine with them. That's what real love amounts to - letting a person be what he really is." ~Jim Morrison
"The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion."
~Albert Camus
I want to teach my kids to be unashamedly free, and to hold freedom, beauty, truth, and love above all other qualities and virtues.2 -

This is so very true.
Forgive not because they necessarily deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace.4 -
No matter how much of yourself you give up, you can never save someone who doesn't want to be saved. Better to walk away before its you who needs saving. Learned this the hard way. It was almost too late for me5

This is also true.
But sometimes it's better to take that secret to your grave instead of hurting so many by revealing it. The cost might hurt you only.0 -
Always flush the toilet before taking a selfie. And please clean your mirror.4

When people are rude to you, offend you or hurt your feelings, it is not ok but remember it's not always about you.
Who knows what is going on in their life to make them behave that way.2 -

I understand this idea, but I still can't do it. I guess I hold a grudge.0 -

Get to know your bodies weaknesses and strengths and take care of your body NOW, I work at a spine clinic and good lord the things we do to ourselves just by bad movement patterns over time, things that are easily avoided if taken care of early but become detrimental later if nothing is done.1
