Your nutritionist isn't very good. If I have 500 calories left in my day and eat 3 tablespoons of peanut butter that still leaves me 230 calories under goal and still with a deficit and I will lose weight not gain.
That being said if I had a day of eating to maintenance and ate 1 tablespoon of peanut butter I would gain weight. If I ate a plate of broccoli instead of that 1tbs of peanut butter I would gain also.9 -

yeah no i wanted the peanutbutter XD Spinach was just a bonus. As i said, Great stuff peanut flour is.
Also maybe it was 1,5 jars i may have exaggerated but still it was SO peanutbuttery. Mmmm0 -
I'm just trying to picture the spinach.. lol0

cant taste it honest, Like not even a little and if you can just add more sweetner and the peanut flavor becomes overwhelming xD Never understood peoples need to add so much fruit to green smoothies when their green is just spinach, It has no flavor when mixed with even a third of a banana for 2 servings spinach lol
edit- Sorry OP. Peanutbutter for the win. Didnt mean to begin a hijack LOL0 -
I guess there would be enough water in it
My mind was just flashing back to those spinach balls in the freezer section that remind me of hay bales. I was picturing peanut butter flavored grass2 -

That sounds ridiculous. If you have 4tbsp and you are under your calorie range what is the big issue?8 -
i could have had 30 tbsp of full fat PB today and still been in a 400-500 deficit. So wrong lol4

This read like a haiku to me:
Peanut butter powder
mixed into oatmeal and a smashed banana
makes oatmeal taste good
We could almost do a whole thread of oatmeal haikus.
A crunchy apple
with a touch of cinnamon
and walnuts in oats.
Pumpkin puree makes
my oatmeal into a
vitamin A bomb.
Oatmeal is too hot
but adding frozen berries
makes the temp just right.
Fall is here with lots
of lovely fruits to try
like pomegranate.
OP, if you are eating peanut butter to the exclusion of other nutrients or to excess of your calorie target, that's bad. If you are enjoying some peanut butter within the limits of your fitness goals, dive in! (But use a spoon, if you use your fingers it gets pretty messy...)12 -

On the pb powder subject, try mixing it with sugar free maple syrup (15 cals per 60ml) in place of the water. Game changer. I make bowls of it for a snack. Yes, bowls.
And don't forget the dash of salt!3 -
I use 100 calories of peanuts or peanut butter in my brrakfast smoothie. Fresh almond milk, cocoa, pb or peanuts and a banana. I buy fresh pb but if I can't I'll use raw peanuts. I'm not tempted by the fresh pb but have to watch the peanuts. I don't eat it everyday, depends when I make the almond milk. But it is the best breakfast. Keeps me going for four hours. More than oatmeal or bacon and eggs. I think it is the combination of fat, protein and carbs. If I used the peanut powder or flour I don't think it would be as filling.
