I have gone through that, but I took a week off and started over. The weight started coming off once again. YOU CAN DO IT! Do it for YOU!

How did you manage to tone your skin (I've got about 55lbs to loose and I am worried about how my tummy will look when all the fat's gone!)?! Well done, and thanks for being generous with the pics - it's great to compare all of them!

I didn't do anything for my skin actually! I do have lots of marks and stretches and all that nasty stuff, not sure there's much I can do about that, things just don't go where you want them to! lol! I don't think it's as bad since it took me awhile to lose the weight and part of it I'm sure is my age as well. Don't worry too much now about how it'll look later, cross that bridge when it comes. At least that's what I always tell myself. And thank you!

You're gorgeous, congratulations on your weight loss and thank you for sharing your story! I think when you're so overweight, it's hard to picture yourself smaller or at a healthy weight. Especially, if you have always been heavy. Stories like this help.
