No worries. You'll get there! Most of us come back every month. Set next month's personal goal a bit above what you achieve this month and keep at it!

Took a bit of a break from the challenge while I was finishing up my course work (and new course today, oy, but almost done). While I wasn't doing planks for the challenge, I was doing pilates and yoga and it clearly helped because I'm able to do the planks for a lot longer. I need to do close to 4 min a day between now and dec 31 to hit my goal, so we'll see if I can do it!2 -
