    12/05: 2 x 30 sec elevated, 4 x 20 sec; 2'20" = 10:00/60:00
    12/04: 9 x 20 sec elevated, 3 min total = 07:40/60:00
    12/03: 9 x 20 sec elevated, 3 min total = 04:40/60:00
    12/02: none
    12/01: 8 x 20 sec mixed = 01:40/60:00

    I thought I was going to take today off from planks - I expected to be a jelly mess - but didn't feel so bad in yoga and my ab workout so I thought I'd give it a go. My entire core was shaking by the end of it but it felt great to get another day in! And I feel like I might actually complete 60 minutes without too much trouble!

    12/4, 2x1:00 trying to get off my knees now that this is my second challenge!! So more reps but on my toes!
    12/5, 8x0:20 reversed and straight planks plus 8x0:20 push-ups...can I count them as well? Total 5:00 approx.
