Actually I'm not sure if I had a LNS. Yesterday I had a mindless snack after dinner and I have no idea what time it was. I was already over on calories for the day so it was a slip even if it was before 8pm.

I’m going to join in. I have a tendency to really hit the late night snacking heavily once the kids are asleep while my husband is working nights (shift worker). I hide it in shame from him and it has to stop! My count will start as of yesterday evening.
