Are you supplementing iron? That's far more critical in the case of someone anemic than messing about with vinegar. If your stomach has issues with iron, try bifera with heme iron, it's easier to absorb and less disruptive.
ACV has been shown in studies to have a slight effect on the speed at which carbs are absorbed, which is only important if you are diabetic. I've tried it with blood glucose testing and it's not enough of an effect to bother with. I use it in salad dressing sometimes.
Chia seeds are a fine food, glad you enjoy them, they're pretty high calorie so make sure you watch portions.0 -

Yeah.....no. Your lungs and your kidneys control pH and keep it inside very tight parameters, outside which you die.

ACV makes a nice dressing with some extra virgin olive oil, a bit of Dijon mustard, salt, pepper... shaken in a jar with a lid, poured over a nice green salad yummy
