    Congratulations, Ralphone! There is a great article in mfp about how the liver processes glucose while one sleeps and after it depletes its glycogen stores, it starts burning fat stores. So the earlier one stops eating, the better. It was an eye-opening article. I often save my snacks for late and then go to bed. The recommendation in the article is to eat most calories in the a.m.

    okay we made it 23 nights with no late night snacks working out pretty good so far alright going to switch it up a little bit give me some healthy snack ideas just whatever it doesn't matter

    Yes down a few pounds since i started this. But have work in othere areas . Day 25 and no late night snacks
