Congratulations, Ralphone! There is a great article in mfp about how the liver processes glucose while one sleeps and after it depletes its glycogen stores, it starts burning fat stores. So the earlier one stops eating, the better. It was an eye-opening article. I often save my snacks for late and then go to bed. The recommendation in the article is to eat most calories in the a.m.1
