I'll give it a go baby only 3 weeks old so getting her to stay somewhere other than my arms will be the biggest challenge lol.

I'm calling today my Day 1 - yesterday was a travel day, so some walking but nothing I could truly call a workout!

I keep forgetting about the actial workouts here. Oops. Usually do my own thing.
Day 1 (1/1) work (im a cleaner so usually fairly vigorous exercise. This is the only day it counted as a workout though)

Woo day 4 was tough, it was sooo cold out today. The walk from bootcamp was brutal.1
