Ive thought to share photoes on here,but im not sure how to do it here in comments. I did post my measurements for last yr. In Dec. I lost a total of 56 lbs. In 2017 and 37.5 inches.2

I don’t know how I keep forgetting to post here! I am actually sticking with the workouts! Done through day 8 with the fab abs, Russian twist and flexibility workouts.3
