1st Goal 150 in a livable way = It's. Not. A. Diet.
2nd Goal 145 = normal BMI [UG Range 140 - 145]
My scale only has 1/2# increments, and I'm too cheap to buy a fancier scale. Comments reflect prior day. Previous round EW 157.0 LW 157.0R20 SW 166.0 10/20/17 (my round 1)

But, I did do an hour of intense cardio to burn some of it up. His 18th birthday is tomorrow, so we will be doing cupcakes to celebrate instead of an eat on all week cake.
01/23: 217 ----Got to be on my P's and Q's today with a birthday in the house since I finally got back down to my low from round 28. The scale actually showed 216 three times in a row, then 217 twice so I'm just going with 217
01/24: 217.4--- Well I did good with the cupcakes-only had one, but the ground beef from the baked spaghetti my son requested for his birthday dinner is weighing heavy on the stomach this morning. Can't complain though because I knew this would happen before I ate it.
01/25: 217--Ok, so like I'm ready to move on down from the 217s.

1/22 - 180.1 - Went slightly under calorie limit. Nice to see the reading going down again.
1/23 - 179.9 - Only 4k steps, but slept 7 hrs straight for the first time after a long while. Feel pretty good as a result.
1/24 - 179.6 - Pretty much back to where I started lol, but I'm not complaining. Keep going down, down...
1/25 - 178.3 - No exercise aside from stretching. I observe however that the weight goes down when I've had enough sleep. Interesting.

A pound or two per week would be fantastic. And the healthy way to do this. I know this, but I need it's so easy to forget when things are going well. I want this. I'm trying to get ahead of barriers and anchors that have derailed me in past. So far so good! Slow and steady...

Starting Weight: 135 lbs
Goal Weight: 115 lbs - Met in late 2017
I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately. Even though I'm at my goal weight, I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. I enjoy following everyone else's progress & thanks to my OCD tendency, I enjoy tracking my calories & daily weight.
Goal This Round: Maintain 115 lbs Average
01/18 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1350 cal.
01/19 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1450 cal.
01/20 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1600 cal. 2 servings of alcohol.
01/21 • 113 • Played 2 sets of tennis. 1550 cal. 3 servings of alcohol.
01/22 • 114 • I really don't see fluctuations in my weight anymore. Which is a good thing. Played 3 sets of tennis. 1550 cal. 2 servings of alcohol.
01/23 • 114 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1500 cal.
01/24 • 115 • Ran 3.5 miles. 1900 cal. 3 servings of alcohol
01/25 • 113 • 1600 cal. 2 servings of alcohol
01/26 • 112 • I think my weight is down because I've been slacking off on lifting weights lately. Plus I didn't exercise at all yesterday. Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights. 1350 cal.

Happy to see this as I had a bit of a pig out yesterday. Nothing all that great, just ate more than usual and went over my goals. Back on track today.
01/19 - 146.8
On track yesterday and I walked and was active packing for a move, so this is, I think, holdover from Wednesday's excesses. Going out for lunch today, but I have the day planned and I'll be on track again. Sooner or later....
01/20 - 146.8
Let's hear it for consistency! (It's better than gaining, it's better than gaining...)
01/21 - 147
Sigh. I did eat over my goal yesterday, although not by much. I was hungry. I really struggle with being hungry at night. I'm thinking of trying a bigger breakfast with lots of protein & good fat, which always holds me over most of the day, so I eat less at lunch and dinner. I'm avoiding "shoulds," so no "should not eat after dinner" for me. I just end up breaking my rule and feeling bad about it. I know I do better in terms of both hunger and weight loss on the days when I have a big breakfast or lunch and skip dinner, then eat 300 or so healthy calories later. (Thinking onscreen here ).
01/22 - 146.8
Longing for good weather & long walks. But I'm going to suck it up and go walk in circles at the mall for an hour. Beats a treadmill, I guess. Sigh.
01/23 - 146.8
My body obviously thinks its home.
01/24 - 146.8
Yep, just a homebody. However, I measured my waist this morning and I'm down 1.5 inch since Aug, so something's happening. I'm trying a new approach for the next week or so, starting today -- top-loading my daily calories with a big high-protein, high-ish fat breakfast; no lunch or very light, depending on whether I'm hungry; no dinner or very light, depending...; snack around 9 (which I always have), more carby & fatty (like my fav whole grain English muffin with peanut- or almond butter). Same calorie goal, but different distribution. Started this morning with breakfast out - steak & eggs, half cup cottage cheese, 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/butter. I'm thinking I won't be hungry for many hours! (TMI?) Thanks for letting me spell it out for myself.
01/25 - 146.8
Still hangin' out, but I ate within calorie goal yesterday and walked a bit. One of these days I'll have a whoosh! (BTW, yesterday I wasn't hungry until about 8 p.m. I did eat an apple around 5, but I love the big breakfast approach. Not today as I'm having lunch with a friend, but that will be my big meal for the day.)
01/26 - 146.8
Color me flummoxed. I've been on target for calories (lower this week than they've been in many moons) & macros (P25-30%, C30-35%, F40-45%). I've been walking this week - not a lot, but several times at a good clip for 30-50 min. The only thing I can think of is that, with many fewer grains in my diet, I'm getting less fiber than I used to (although still hitting the MFP target) with the expected results. I keep reminding myself that I'm very, very close to my "healthy BMI," which means that realistically (since BMI is problematic) I'm at a healthy weight now. I would just like to be a little bit lighter. We are moving from OR to IN in 3 weeks, so there's a moderate level of stress going on (although not bad as we've done this multiple times and have a "system"). But maybe I should just be happy where I am until weather warms up and I get back to my usual outdoor activity level? Any thoughts, anyone who's still with me here?

01/18 - 146.6
01/19 - 145.9
01/20 - 145.5 Had a party last night so I'm happy to see this!
01/21 - 144.9 Started weighing in de morning for more consistency, so lower was to be expected. Still keeping under my caloriegoal though and did a good workout today
01/22 - 144.1 This is going better than I thought, eating healthy and working out makes such a difference vs binge eating every day. Wonder if I can keep it up though.
01/23 - 144.8 Went out for dinner last night and ate a lot. Today's been full of carbs also, so I'll try to do a workout tonight.
01/24 - 144.4 Workout and water paying off, need to stay on track.
01/25 - 143.7 Workout and high protein snacks, under caloriegoal, cutting down on carbs.
01/26 - 143.0 Went a little bit overboard with the calorie 'limit'. Although I wasn't that hungry, I still need to get enough nutrients in me, especially when working out much and viruses going around.

Slowly but surely. It's kind of nice to start on a low note maybe I'll feel some positive pressure to keep it low.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/18 - 186.4 - Holding after personal training.
01/19 - 187.4 - Late salty dinner out last night, so this is kind of expected.
01/20 - 186.6 - It's kind of cold here (for the desert) gotta find the motivation to do more than curl up with my heater and videogames.
01/21 - 187.2 - Took some medicine that's making me kind of bloaty and sleepy.
01/22 - 186.6 - Got training tonight.
01/23 - 187.4 - Training and too much salt. Too cold don't remember to drink water.
01/24 - 187.2 - I'll be glad when my WoW game time wears off in a couple days. I feel so obligated to use the paid time when I have it that I've been lazier than I should be.
01/25 - 189 - Went to see a friend last night at a Brazilian steakhouse. It was a bit spontaneous. Worth it, fun, but...
01/26 - 188.6 - Not looking good for ending on a low note.

Any thoughts, anyone who's still with me here?6 -
Day/Weight/Comment
01/18/292.5/Actually day three of my effort, started at 295.
01/19/291.6
01/20/290.2
01/21/289.2
01/22/288.8
01/23/288.8 Disheartening, but this is the first day of my Week 2, so I guess to be expected.
01/24 Travel day, no access to scale. I am adhering to my meal plan for the duration of the trip. Also having issues that are TMI, but a normal part of dieting so I feel bloated.
01/25 No access to scale. I will have access tomorrow.
01/26/285.8 YAY! Still working my plan and have my sister-in-law as inspiration and cheerleader!
