    47 (almost 48). I started at 305 this time around and am currently at 280. I'm not sure what my long-term weight goal is but I'm currently trying to get back down to 235 which was my lowest weight before I slowly allowed it to creep back up. I've used MFP consistently for the past year and check in almost daily.
