    All aboard the 10 Days train!

    Welcome newcomers & Great to see you back, familiar faces!!

    Had the bomb-digity last couple of rounds. Expected a big drop in R28 - shedding all the holiday gain. Ecstatic with the huge R30 progress! Craving more!

    Officially 10 pounds lighter than my previous MFP attempt. So happy to have achieved this in a healthy, sustainable way. No more diet pills, prepackaged meal schemes, and other whatnot that I would just gain back plus some afterwards. It's a lifestyle, not a diet.

    R30 GW 67.7kg (aiming for 0.5kg again although I think it might be a bit ambitious, I generally lose slowly!)

    01/28 - no access to scales today, also expecting a lot of water weight due to eating out all weekend (very limited food choices), will do what I can to not overeat though!

    It’s easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in your device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    Or you can also do it this way...
    I type my name somewhere in my first post so I can use the search feature to find my last post. I hit quote and remove the quote brackets at the beginning and end of the post then make my edits and post it.
