    Only just seen this. I've done no exercise yet so 24 hours from today is my target..starting with a 6hr danceathon on Sunday!

    Ok, I am the worst exerciser ever. Truthfully, I am a little afraid to start, because if I start and then stop I will gain weight. I know that is kind of lame. So I am going to try for 10 hours of exercise this month and see how that goes.
