    Slowly slowly these last few weeks, am noticing a difference in inches with the exercise, but not with the weight....

    Starting weight - 197 lbs
    March starting weight - 193.5 lbs
    End of March goal - 188.5 lbs
    Ultimate goal - 154 lbs

    First week and a half of March I'm at maintenance calories while healing my poorly broken finger, so a slightly lower goal than 5 lbs

    I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.

    Hoping I lose the weight I gained on a weekend out of town. It's funny how our bodies react to change in routine...and resuming routine.

    3/8 146.8 (huge gain from 3 days of bad eating/no logging; this time it started on day at Universal Studios; even though I know it comes off, I need to stop doing this)
    3/15 138.4 (Finally! 15 days later and I'm back to where it should be. I just might make this goal, but I am truly happy with any weight under 140 at this point. I have a pretty large frame, 5'6 female, so on me it looks thin.)
    3/22 136.8 (Within my ultimate goal range. I know I will gain some on vacation, but that's ok. I'll take it off.)
