First week and a half of March I'm at maintenance calories while healing my poorly broken finger, so a slightly lower goal than 5 lbs

I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.

3/15 138.4 (Finally! 15 days later and I'm back to where it should be. I just might make this goal, but I am truly happy with any weight under 140 at this point. I have a pretty large frame, 5'6 female, so on me it looks thin.)

Cheering on all you people who have lost this month while at the same time feeling frustrated that once again, I am stuck on a stupid plateau, despite eating really well, tracking my calories, being under my goal 6 out of 7 days last week, drinking 8-12 glasses of water per day and increasing my exercise to almost 600 mins! This is typically when I would have quit in the past and just said that my body was not able to lose weight due to my compromised thyroid. I am NOT giving up this time. I will just keep on doing what I am doing and feel good about the fact that I am making good choices for myself and my clothes fit better. That scale is not going to defeat me. Go ME!7 -
