    Likely not going to drop another 2 pounds by Saturday :/ but still happy with my progress. Macros and workouts were on point and measurements are down.

    Aiming for a 4 pound loss in April

    Feeling proud but frustrated as monthly progress pics don’t look like much :/ I’ve lost inches but i’m about to get my TOM so I’m kind of hoping that the driving force behind the numbers and progress pics being a bit underwhelming despite being on point with my macros and workouts. just gotta remember to stick to the plan despite not seeing the progress i was hoping for. GRR i’m the worst at patience!

    Happy Easter everyone!

    Well I managed to shed one pound in the averages this month. Better than a gain.

    Going camping next weekend so I won't have a full week of daily weights to average. Going to still log all my food and do my best to keep my intake on track.

    Totally off topic, but I went fishing yesterday and landed an 18.5 lb Carp. That was exhilarating! Catch and release, it's not a desirable fish to eat anyway. My husband and I enjoy multi species angling, and I have been trying for a while to catch a Carp.


    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Weely averages:
    Last 7 days February 22-28th: 206.8
    February 26th to March 4th: 205.8
    March 5th to March 11th: 205
    March 12th to March 18th: 205.5

    3/1/18= 203.8 lbs.
    3/31/18= 196.4 lbs.
    4/01/18= 194.8 lbs.

    Total weight lost in March = 6.8 lbs.

    Weight lost from 2/28/18 to 4/1/18 = 9 lbs.

    This has not been my best month as far as being food discipline. I will increase my game in the month of April.
